Biopact ­ a comfortable solution to safety ear protection

Biopact™ safety ear protection plugs are custom made ear protectors developed to combat the prolonged noise associated with industrial and factory environments, motorsports and motorcycling. Biopact™ incorporates a special filter biased towards harmful frequencies but which cut out no more sound than is necessary to protect your ears.

Biopact™ are custom made for you from impressions taken of your ears resulting in the manufacture of comfortable, natural fitting safety ear protection that can be worn for long periods of time. Special attenuating filters are fitted into the soft, durable, silicone earpieces. Biopact™ are manufactured so that you are provided with ear protection that can be worn under protective head gear without degrading the effectiveness through deformation of the ear canal.

Biopact™ safety ear protection represents a long-term solution to the protection of one of the factory workers most valuable senses. Guaranteed levels of protection and comfort together with a lifetime of approximately five years.

Biopact™ is independently tested to ISO4689 and DIN17460 and conform to European Normalisation EN352-2 standards laid down for hearing protection and carry the CE 121 marking.

Biopact™ custom safety ear protection plugs are normally supplied in a clear silicone with a red dot representing the right ear, blue dot for the right ear, but can also be manufactured in different colours and with cords attached for a small additional cost.

Please Note : Extraction hoops shown in these images are an optional extra. For use in motorsport applications we usually apply a depression in the earplug to aid removal. If you require extraction hoops please specify this when you order. Can be provided with neck cord if required. Please note these neck cords are a device to retain the moulds and should NOT be tugged on to aid removal, as this can damage the moulds.
