Monika at Protection 4 Hearing has taken a couple of our artists right through the process from taking impressions to deliverying finished in-ear monitors. They/she has been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout and we have some happy singers as a result.

PRO-series 17

Monika's expertise allowed me to be completely at ease with the slightly unusual feeling of having ear moulds taken, and it was great to have this done at my home, something I don't think is offered by many other companies.  The PRO-series 17 themselves arrived very quickly, fit perfectly, and sound amazing. She was able to visit us at my flat and clearly explain the procedure and all the products (without being a pushy salesperson). I wanted to start to protect my hearing so I began asking around about ear plugs a friend of mine recommended I call Monika, I ideally I wanted the plugs for some forthcoming gigs and recording sessions and after having a conversation on the telephone with Monika I felt that there was someone who really wanted to help me, she came around to my home the very next evening to deliver some generic earplugs whilst I was deciding whether to go with full custom plugs. I decided to go with the Pro 17's these are definitely the right ones for me although I probably wouldn't have chosen them if it had not been for Monika's expert advice. I thought that customer service no longer existed in this country but it certainly does with that lady, she visited me free of any call out charge to take my impressions and delivered my custom made ear Plugs. I have since purchased the T15 IEM's again she delivered them in person and would recommend Monika to anybody needing hearing protection or In Ear Monitors, she's a little legend.

PRO-series 15

I have been using Protection4hearing for my earplugs over the last 2 years. They have provided an excellent service, both friendly and professional. My custom made earplugs fit perfectly, are extremely comfortable and remain unobtrusive, necessary when dancing tango as we dance very close. Furthermore, when I recently had a problem with my earplugs in BuenosAires, Argentina, Protection4Hearing ensured I received a set of replacement ones very rapidly. I would thoroughly recommend their service.

Swim Plugs

Since moving to Thailand I have been plagued by ear infections due to poor water quality to the extent that I have been unable to swim. I contacted Monika at Protection 4 Hearing to make an appointment during a recent visit to London to arrange for some swimming ear protection plugs to be fitted. Monika was very efficient about the whole process. She turned up on time at my hotel (how many people do that these days?) and was endlessly patient in ensuring the the impressions she was taking were perfect. Monika certainly seems to be an expert in her chosen field. She is also an extremely pleasant person to deal with. Monika returned, again bang on time, with the finished product to make sure I understood how to insert the plugs in the correct manner. The plugs are a perfect fit, easy to insert and comfortable to use. I am now able to swim freely and can at long last fully enjoy my swimming pool. I would have no hesitation in recommending Monika to anyone with a similar problem to mine.

I bought two sets of earplugs from Monika, one to use when playing music and the other to use when sleeping at night,cause I live on a busy road. All I can say is now I can't live without them and It's more than worth getting them. Monika's customer service is fantastic, super diligent and always keen on explaining to me everything  everything i need to know about the product.

After several phone conversations with various people who were extremely inflexible accomadating me to get impressions made, I was luky enough to find Monika Schumacher. She was so helpful and visited me at work, making the whole process effortless, I only purchased a set of Custom Sleeves on this first occasion but she even delivered and fitted them - amazing personal service.
When I had my impressions taken, Monika took great trouble to draw my attention to other products knowing how much I loved listening to music, this left me drooling over the prospect of the T2's or T1's in the future. A couple of months ago that time came and after a bit of research I decided to go with the T1's. I contacted Monika and she remembered me straight away and was genuinely pleased to hear from me. She again came to deliver and fit my T1's.
I would like to let ACS know what a fantastic ambassador you have in Monika Schumacher for your company. She truly cares about her customers and acts as if ACS products are personally hers. In fact if it wasn't for her when I got my Custom Sleeves, I would quite possibly ended up with some nasty American acrylics!
