We inspect your ears to ensure we can take a good impression; a good impression cannot be made if there is compounded wax within your ears as the impression needs to reach the second bend of the ear canal to ensure maximum hearing and ear protection.
We recommend you see your local Doctor or Practice Nurse to have your ears checked to for a build up of wax or compounded wax.
Ear impressions cannot be taken if you have an ear infection.
If your ears do have compounded wax and an impression cannot be made, a cancellation fee may be charged.
